We will be using two platforms for Online Classes: FaceBook Live (FBL) and Zoom.

All Scheduled Facebook Live (FBL) classes are saved and able to be viewed as they best fit your schedule, and as often as you wish for the month.


Videos added each month:

-1 PiYo

-1 PILATES or CORE

-4 WOD

-1 Yoga

-1 Cardio


*WOD= workout of the day, will include 2 Full Body, 1 upper body, 1 lower body.


Access to our video library, which contains a variety of class formats is available with sign-up

The Zoom Classes will have a set schedule and are not recorded.

CARDIO BARRE

This class combines traditional ballet-inspired movements with cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs and arms.

When: November 10, 17, 24, December 1, 8

Time: 7:05-7:55 pm

Cost: 5 weeks for 75+hst

WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

Workout of the day!  Each class varies in program delivery, style and equipment used. Enjoy a wide variety of cardio, with full body strength training and core work.
