SHELLOGA / SHELLOGA FLOW

Namaste! Our signature Yoga class - Shelloga - is a great beginner level class that assists with relaxation, restoration, flexibility and balance.


Shelley leads you through beginner asanas (postures) and combines energy healing movement, meditation and oracle card guidance for a well-rounded journey towards a healthier body and mind.


Class themes include: Chakra Balance, Restoration of Self, Energy Healing, The Goddess Within and many more!

Shelloga FLOW is a beginner/intermediate level class, set to popular music. Class focuses on mobility, flexibility, and mindful movement. A 5-minute meditation time is included at the ending of class.
